Company profile

Sintana Energy Inc is a Canada-based oil and gas exploration and development company. It is mainly focused on the acquisition, exploration, and potential development of crude oil and natural gas resources in Namibia. In addition, it holdsa participation interest in the unconventional resources (carried), and a participation interest in the conventional resources in several acres of property known as the VMM-37 block located in the Middle Magdalena Valley Basin, Columbia (VMM-37), subject to applicable regulatory and government approvals, including those of the Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos (ANH). The company's business operations comprise a single reporting operating segment engaged in oil and natural gas exploration and development in Colombia and Namibia.
