Litigation Capital Management reported a fall in annual profit as higher costs weighed on revenue growth.
For the year ended 30 June 2019, pre-tax profit fell 15% to A$10.15m and revenue increased 17% to A$34.71m.
The company declared a dividend of 0.828 cents (Australian) per share.
Looking ahead the company touted the potential growth from opportunities arising in corporate portfolio funding. 'During the year, we originated over 15 applications and funded two corporate transactions,' the company said.
'This number might seem small, but it represents more than any other funder globally and corporate portfolio funding remains a key part of our growth strategy going forward,' it added.
