Dev Clever said it expected revenues to be heavily weighted toward the second half of the year after reporting wider losses as higher costs offset a slight uptick in revenue during the seven months through April.

Pre-tax losses widened to £569,000 from a loss of £153,000 a year earlier as revenues rose 2.9% to £264,000.

Earnings (EBITDA) loss of £545,000, up from £146,000 a year earlier, included legal and professional costs in relation to the IPO of £183,000 and share-based payment expenses on the issue of advisor warrants of £62,000.
