Building services group Northern Bear booked a 21% rise in annual profit after it boosted sales at its roofing and specialist building services divisions.
Pre-tax profit for the year through March rose to £3.1m, up from £2.6m on-year.
Revenue rose 5.6% to £56.6m.
Northern Bear declared a final dividend of 3.25p per share, up from 3.0p on-year, plus a special dividend of 0.75p per share.
'We are hopeful of another good year despite ongoing challenging market conditions and political uncertainty,' executive chairman Steve Roberts said.
