Construction management services provider Formation Group posted a first-half loss after its sales slumped.
Pre-tax losses for the six months through February amounted to £137k, compared to losses of £277k on-year.
Revenue fell 15% to £14.9m.
'The directors continue to pursue opportunities for new projects and new clients in order to grow revenues,' the company said.
