GSTechnologies Ltd, up 29% at 0.45 pence, 12-month range 0.15p-1.70p. Reports a favourable court ruling in Singapore relating to legal proceedings involving its majority-owned subsidiary Semnet. The fintech company says the Singapore Supreme Court dismissed applications by the Semnet sellers and a former employee seeking a stay of proceedings, and awarded Semnet costs of S$18,000. Adds a deadline to appeal has been set for June 9, with a further court hearing scheduled for June 4.

----------

Litigation Capital Management Ltd, down 18% at 3.41 pence, 12-month range 3.30p-49.00p. Extends a debt covenant waiver with lender Northleaf to June 30 as it continues a strategic review and works towards a long-term capital solution. The litigation finance provider says the waiver extension reflects Northleaf’s ongoing support, although interest on the loan remains elevated by 2.0% per annum. It also flags expected material write-downs on two case investments with combined invested capital of around A$9 million, around £4.8 million.

----------

Proteome Sciences PLC, up 31% at 1.84 pence, 12-month range 1.20p-4.40p. Announces a board reshuffle as Chief Scientific Officer Ian Pike steps down from his executive role. The proteomics services company says Pike left the position on Sunday and has been appointed as a non-executive director, allowing him to continue supporting the business in an advisory capacity.
