EPE Special Opportunities Ltd - invests between £2 million and £30 million in small and medium sized companies - Giles Brand, the managing partner of investment advisor EPIC Investment Partners LLP, buys 1.4 million shares at 183.00 pence, worth £2.6 million, on Wednesday last week. Brand is now interested in 12.1 million shares, a 46% stake.
