Tullow Oil PLC - London-based oil and gas company - Receives requisite consents in consent solicitation related to the $1.29 billion 10.25% senior secured notes due 2026. Also, Brent oil trades at $95.20 a barrel on Wednesday afternoon, down from $110.24 at around the same time on Tuesday.
