Kosmos Energy Ltd - Dallas, Texas-based energy company - Prices its underwritten public offering of 97.5 million shares at $1.90, creating gross proceeds of $185.3 million. Grants underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional up to 14.6 million shares. Expects the offering to close on Thursday, with net proceeds earmarked for debt repayment. Notes that Barclays and Stifel are acting as joint book-running managers in the offering.
