MedPal AI PLC - London-based digital health and AI company - Chair Karl Karlsson intends to step down ‘due to other professional commitments’. He will not be up for re-election, therefore, at MedPal’s annual general meeting. MedPal also announces that the AGM is scheduled for March 30.
‘The remaining directors thank [Karlsson] for his service to the company, particularly in relation to his support through the process of its IPO on AIM,’ MedPal says. ‘The company will seek to appoint a suitable replacement to the board as soon as possible.’
