Earnz celebrates ‘further progress’ as reports two pact wins

Earnz PLC on Wednesday hailed two new contracts, which it said ‘endorses’ its position in the energy services market.

Shares in the company rose 7.3% to 5.90 pence each in London on Wednesday morning.

A&D Carbon Solutions, which the Cheltenham, England-based energy services company acquired in July 2025, has been awarded a contract, initially on a two-year basis, by Fortem, working on behalf on Sanctuary Housing. Fortem provides repairs and improvement services to customers including housing associations and local authorities.

‘Work across Stoke on Trent and Chester will commence in April 2026 providing retrofit insulation, ventilation upgrades, and renewable energy solutions to homes,’ Earnz says.

Initial revenues from this are anticipated at £2.6 million per year, with a possible extension of the contract for a further 12-18 months.

Warm Low Living, another subsidiary, has been commissioned to start design survey work on a contract for a consortium of social housing providers in Yorkshire.

This project will start in April 2026 and will run until the end of March 2028, focusing on delivering the installation of energy-efficient improvements to over 175 properties. The deal will contribute £2.1 million in revenue.

These new contracts follow an A&D Carbon Solutions win in September to provide services to the Bradford Metropolitan Borough Council.

‘We are delighted to have secured such significant new contracts which endorses our market position as a leading energy services provider in the UK and demonstrates further progress on our strategic aims. Working for Fortem and Sanctuary Housing, and with social housing providers in Yorkshire we will importantly be helping residents to make their homes more energy efficient, reducing costs and creating warmer places to live,’ Chief Executive Officer Peter Smith said.
