Mitchells & Butlers PLC - Birmingham, England-based restaurant and pub operator - Confirms that Emma Harris will succeed Tim Jones as chief financial officer and as an executive director on April 20. The firm will announce Jones’ departure date after a full handover. Harris was the Food Finance Director at Marks & Spencer Group PLC, and ‘brings extensive experience from working in a variety of senior roles in major consumer focused retail businesses in the UK’. Harris’ appointment was first announced in October.
