McGrath is the former executive director at Shaftesbury Capital PLC. Before Shaftesbury PLC merged with Capital & Counties Properties PLC in March 2023, she was a director of Capital & Counties. ‘Michelle’s appointment further strengthens the board’s experience across property and capital markets,’ Hammerson says.
