C&C Group PLC - Dublin-based beer, cider, wine, spirits and soft drinks maker - Appoints Adam Phillips as chief financial officer and executive director, with him expected to take up this position in April. Phillips joins from Birmingham, England-based floor coverings distributor, Headlam Group PLC, where he has been CFO since March 2023. Headlam expects Phillips to depart following the company’s full-year results and an orderly handover. Phillips succeeds Andrew Andrea, who will step down from the C&C board on March 13.
