Vietnam Enterprise Investments Ltd - investor in listed equities in Vietnam - Chair Sarah Arkle steps down as a director with immediate effect following the completion of the company’s tender offer announced in December. Senior Independent Director Charles Cade becomes interim chair pending the appointment of a permanent replacement. Cade has more than 30 years’ experience in the investment company sector and is also chair of Temple Bar Investment Trust.
