Unicorn Mineral Resources PLC - mineral exploration company - Electro Automation Group, a company beneficially owned by Chair Patrick Doherty, buys 1 million shares worth £56,000 in three transactions on December 23, December 30 and January 2.

Taseko Mines Ltd - operates open-pit Gibraltar copper mine in British Columbia, Canada - Executive Bryce Hamming exercises a total of 15,000 share options, which are due to expire February 1, and sells 15,000 common shares at an average price of C$8.00 per share - around 430p per share for total £64,500.
