South32 Ltd - Perth, Australia-based diversified mining company - Appoints Geoff Healy as non-executive director, with immediate effect. Healy will seek election by shareholders at the 2026 annual general meeting. He is a senior advisor at Boston Consulting Group, having previously served as managing director & partner. Before Boston Consulting, he was chief legal counsel and chief external affairs officer at BHP Group Ltd. He was also a partner at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer.
