Tharisa PLC - Cyprus-headquartered platinum miner - Appoints Vasileios Vergopoulos as a non-executive director with effect from this past Thursday. Vergopoulos is the former managing director of BASF Metals Ltd. He becomes the eight non-executive member of the board.
