Springfield Properties PLC - Elgin, Morayshire-based housebuilder in Scotland - Chair Sandy Adam sells 2.3 million shares at £1.15 and £1.16, worth £2.6 million on Tuesday and Wednesday. Adam remains interested in 25.4 million shares, a 21.4% stake. Springfield say the share sale is to ‘provide liquidity to satisfy institutional demand’.

AstraZeneca PLC - Cambridge, England-based biopharmaceuticals maker - Chief Financial Officer Aradhana Sarin sells 15,000 American depositary shares at $88.63, worth £1.3 million, on Thursday. Each ADS is worth half of an AstraZeneca ordinary share.

Helios Underwriting PLC - London-based investment vehicle that provides participation in Lloyd’s of London insurance market - Non-Executive Director Tom Libassi sells 525,478 shares via Producers National Corp at 238p, worth £1.3 million, as part of the company’s tender offer for 3.1 million shares, 3.9% of the total, at the same price, worth £7.3 million in total. Libassi remains interested in 12.9 million shares, an 18.5% stake. The Helio Underwriting tender offer was run by Deutsche Numis and was completed on November 3.

HSBC Holdings PLC - London-based Asia-focused bank - Barry O’Byrne, chief executive of International Wealth & Premier Banking, sells 92,389 shares at £11.01, worth £1.0 million, in London on Tuesday.

Marks & Spencer Group PLC - London-based food, clothing and homewares retailer - Operations Director Sacha Berendji sells 193,819 shares at £3.69, worth £715,774, on Wednesday.

Experian PLC - Dublin-based consumer credit checking - CFO Lloyd Pitchford buys 10,000 shares at 3,398.86p, worth £339,886, on Wednesday.

Henry Boot PLC - Sheffield, England-based construction and property development business - Non-Executive Director Jonathan Sykes sells 150,00 shares at 221 pence, worth £331,500, on Monday. Sykes remains beneficially interested in 20,000 shares, and he is the non-beneficial holder of 20.0 million shares as a trustee for the Reis family.

Uniphar PLC - Dublin-based healthcare services - Chief Executive Officer Gerard Rabbette sells 100,000 shares via Ohana A Partnership, at €3.80, worth €380,000, on Tuesday. Rabbette retains 7.5 million shares.

Vodafone Group PLC - Berkshire, England-based telecommunication services operator in 15 countries - Chief Human Resources Officer Leanne Wood sells 300,000 shares at £0.96, worth £286,746, on Wednesday.

TBC Bank Group PLC - Tbilisi-based lender in Georgia and Uzbekistan - Oliver Hughes, head of international business, buys 4,921 shares at £38.41, worth £189,016. Nikoloz Kurdiani, CEO of Uzbekistan operations, buys 4,825 shares at £39.11, worth £188,699. Both on Friday last week.

DFS Furniture PLC - Doncaster, England-based living room furniture retailer - Non-Executive Director Anthony Buffin, together with Suzanne Buffin, buys 35,898 shares at £1.56 and £1.60, worth £57,321, on Wednesday.
