Fortis Frontier PLC - cash shell - Changes name from MyHealthChecked PLC as it completed the disposal of Concepta Diagnostics Ltd earlier on Monday. MyHealthChecked was a Cardiff-based home-testing healthcare products firm, and has turned into a cash shell with a new name, Fortis Frontier.
