The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced in the past week and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Leicester, England-based clothing and homewares retailer - Chief Executive Simon Wolfson sells 50,000 shares at £145.20, worth £7.3 million, on October 29. Merchandise & Operations Director Richard Papp sells 2,518 shares at £140.44, worth £353,628, on the same day.

Boku Inc - San Francisco, California-based mobile payment service provider - Carolina Stannard, an associate of Chief Business Officer Mark Stannard, sells 289,445 shares at 247p, worth £714,929, on October 27 and 28. Mark Stannard remains interested in 100,000 shares and also holds restricted stock units.

Griffin Mining Ltd - London-based mining investor focused on China - Chief Operating Officer John Steel sells 200,000 shares at 183.57 pence and 185.88p, worth £370,950 on Tuesday and Thursday last week. Steel sold 50,000 shares last month and no longer holds any Griffin Mining shares. Steel became COO early in 2022.

Whitbread PLC - Chief People Officer Rachel Howarth sells 4,266 shares at £28.39, worth £121,112, Whitbread says on Friday.

ASA International Group PLC - Amsterdam- and Dakha-based microfinance for female entrepreneurs in south and south east Asia and in west and east Africa - Non-Executive Director Hanny Kemna buys 80,000 shares at £1.50, worth £119,800, on Friday.

Cap-XX Ltd - Sydney-based designer and manufacturer of supercapacitors and energy management systems - Chair Graham Cooley buys 24.0 million shares at average 0.27p, worth £63,600, on Friday. He now has 603.0 million shares, a 10.4% stake.
