Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC - London-based investor in the global healthcare sector - Says William Hemmings will succeed Doug McCutcheon as chair when McCutcheon retires in July 2026. Hemmings joins from Aberdeen Group PLC, where he serves as head of closed-end funds and head of investment companies. He is also a former non-executive director at Primary Health Properties PLC and a director of the Association of Investment Trust Companies.
