Eco Buildings Group PLC - London-based designer, manufacturer and builder of modular housing - Shares rise after Eco Buildings reports progress on its apartment development in Tirana, Albania. All groundworks and foundations for the 18-unit apartment building have been completed, triggering an initial 10% contract payment, worth €220,000, from the developer to Eco Buildings. The project is likely to be completed ahead of schedule, the company says.
