Tertiary Minerals PLC - mineral development company focused on deposits in the US, Zambia and northern Europe - Raises £100,000 via a placing of 153.8 million shares at 0.065 pence per share. Notes placing was made exclusively with ‘significant shareholder’ Stuart Packwood. Says proceeds are earmarked to support exploration at its silver-copper-zinc prospect,Target A1, on the Mushima North project, Zambia.

‘We are delighted that Mr Packwood, a significant shareholder, has increased his shareholding in the Company and at the current market price. This is a great endorsement for Tertiary and its portfolio of highly prospective projects,’ says Managing Director Richard Belcher.

Current stock price: 0.075p, up 7.5% in London on Monday afternoon
