Whitbread PLC - Dunstable, Bedfordshire-based owner of Premier Inn chain - Chair Christine Hodgson buys 10,000 shares at £28.80, worth £288,000, on Friday. Hodgson, who also chairs water utility Severn Trent PLC, took the chair of Whitbread on September 1, replacing Adam Crozier.
