Journeo PLC - Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire-based provider of information systems and technical services to transport operators and local authorities - Chief Executive Officer Russ Singleton sells 217,742 shares at 450p, worth £979,839, on Wednesday. Singleton retains 404,830 shares and options over a further 70,000 shares. Chief Financial Officer Nick Lowe exercises options over 100,000 shares and sell all of them, also at 450p, worth £450,000, also on Wednesday. Lowe continues to hold 53,500 shares and options over a further 75,000 shares.

Taseko Mines Ltd - operates open-pit Gibraltar copper mine in British Columbia, Canada - Director Russell Hallbauer exercise options for 75,000 shares and sells all of them at C$5.90, worth C$442,500, about £234,550, on September 30 and October 2 in Toronto.

Grainger PLC - Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England-based residential landlord - Caroline Keaveney, an associate of Michael Keaveney, director of Land & Development, buys 89,129 shares at £1.94, worth £173,267, on Wednesday.

YouGov PLC - London-based online market research - CEO Stephan Shakespeare buys 39,060 shares at £2.56, worth £99,994, on Wednesday. Non-Executive Director Ian Griffiths buys 19,216 shares at £2.60, worth £49,962, on Tuesday.

SpaceandPeople PLC - CEO Nancy Cullen sells 27,500 shares at 244p, worth £67,100, on Monday. She retains 68,800 shares, a 3.5% stake.

Cornish Metals Inc - Vancouver, Canada-based tin miner developing South Crofty project in Cornwall, England - Non-Executive Director John McGloin buys 625,000 shares at 8.00p, worth £50,000, Friday last week. McGloin now has 680,556 shares, a 0.1% stake.
