Centaur Media PLC - London-based business consultancy group - Completes sale of The Lawyer to Lighthouse Bidco Ltd for £43 million enterprise value. Reports net cash of £69.8 million following receipt of disposal funds from the transaction. Says proceeds earmarked for capital returns to shareholders, with it set to announce further details in due course. Lighthouse is the parent of Legal Benchmarking Ltd.
