GetBusy PLC - Cambridge, England-based document management and productivity software provider - Chief Executive Daniel Rabie and persons closely associated him buy 215,825 shares at 82.08 pence each, worth £177,153, on Friday last week. This follows Friday’s announcement that he had purchased 407,191 shares at average 81.85 pence each, worth a total £333,000. Rabie and persons closely associated with him have a beneficial interest over 3.4 million shares, representing 6.8% of the company’s share capital. He also has 3.0 million fully vested, but unexercised options over shares, representing a further 6.0% of the current voting rights of the company.
