GetBusy PLC - Cambridge, England-based document management and productivity software provider - Chief Executive Daniel Rabie buys 407,191 shares at average 81.85 pence each, worth total £333,000. Last week he bought 266,659 shares at average 71.25 pence, worth £189,995, and he picked up 150,000 shares the week before that. Rabie now has a beneficial interest over 3.2 million shares, 6.4% of GetBusy’s share capital. Additionally, he has 3.0 million fully vested but unexercised options over shares, representing a further 6.0% of the current voting rights of the company.

Current stock price: 78.80 pence, up 0.4% on Friday in London
