The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Monday and Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Saga PLC - Kent, England-based provider of travel and insurance services for people over 50 - Non-Executive Chair Roger De Haan buys 1.2 million shares at £2.74, worth £3.3 million, on Friday. De Haan now has a 27.5% stake in the company. Earlier last week, Saga reported that underlying pretax profit increased by 42% to £38.7 million in the six months to the end of July from £27.2 million a year before, supported by demand for cruises and by strong insurance trading.

Metlen Energy & Metals PLC - Athens-based aluminium producer and electricity generator - Chair & Chief Executive Officer Evangelos Mytilineos buys 15,000 shares at €47.10 to €47.30, worth €708,113, on Friday last week. Metlen listed in London at the start of August, keeping a secondary listing in Athens.

Atalaya Mining Copper SA - owns and operates Proyecto Riotinto copper mine in southwest Spain - Non-Executive Director Jesus Fernandez sells 70,000 shares at 620.12p, worth £434,084, on Monday. Fernandez retains 68,412 shares, a 0.1% stake.

GetBusy PLC - Cambridge, England-based document management and productivity software provider - Chief Executive Daniel Rabie buys 266,659 shares at average 71.25 pence, worth £189,995, on Wednesday to Friday last week. He had bought back 150,000 shares the week before. Rabie now is interested in 2.8 million GetBusy shares, a 5.6% stake. He has vested options over shares for a further 6.0% stake.

Taseko Mines Ltd - operates open-pit Gibraltar copper mine in British Columbia, Canada - Terry Morris, vice president of operations, sells 50,000 shares at C$5.69, worth C$284,250, about £151,974, on Friday in Toronto, following the exercise of share options.

Frontier Developments PLC - Cambridge, England-based video game developer and publisher - President & Founder David Braben sells 33,705 shares at 427.66 pence, worth £144,143, on Friday last week, as part of Frontier’s share buyback programme. He had sold about 83,000 shares back to the company earlier in the week.

DSW Capital PLC - Warrington, England-based professional services via Dow Schofield Watts and DR Solicitors brands - Executive Director James Dow buys 120,000 shares at 52.75p, worth £63,300, on Monday.

Berkeley Group Holdings PLC - Cobham, England-based housebuilder - Jane Eady, wife of Chief Financial Officer Neil Eady, buys 1,325 shares at £37.73, worth £49,995, on Monday. Eady was promoted to CFO on Monday from finance director of the Berkeley Capital division.
