Harworth Group PLC - Rotherham, South Yorkshire-based regenerator of land for sustainable development - Expands Chief Financial Officer Kitty Patmore’s role to include group portfolio strategy, strategic partnerships, and sustainability, energy & natural capital. Dougie Maudsley, previously interim CFO and group financial controller, becomes deputy CFO and joins the executive team permanently. Chief Executive Lynda Shillaw says the strengthened leadership team positions the group to deliver its growth strategy. Harworth owns 14,000 acres of land on about 100 sites in the North of England and Midlands.
