Alliance Witan PLC - London-based investment firm - Director Andrew Ross steps down from the company, effective December 31. Ross chaired Witan Investment Trust PLC and joined the Alliance board in October 2024 to oversee the firms’ integration. Alliance Witan calls his departure a ‘natural evolution of the board’ following the merger’s completion.
