Guardian Metal Resources PLC - Nevada, US-focused tungsten exploration and development company - Plans to list in the US with an offering for ordinary shares or American depositary receipts. Says it intends to use the proceeds of the offering to further its projects in Nevada. It expects the offering and listing to completed during the first half of 2026. Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP is advising the company on the potential offering and listing.
Current stock price: 78.05 pence, down 1.5% in London on Monday morning
