everplay group PLC - Wakefield, England-based app and video game company - Non-Executive Director Debbie Bestwick sells 3.2 million shares at £3.70, worth £12.0 million, on Friday. everplay notes Bestwick’s beneficial interest of around 16% in the company, 23.4 million shares, following the disposal. Bestwick agrees to not sell any of her remaining holding for five months post completion of the sale, says the company, except with prior written consent from broker Peel Hunt LLP.
