Ashtead Technology Holdings PLC - Aberdeenshire, Scotland-based subsea equipment rental - Chair Bill Shannon buys 30,000 shares at £3.85, worth £115,500, on Tuesday. Shannon now has 95,397 shares, a 0.1% stake. Ashtead Technology shares rose 6.4% on Tuesday after reported half-year results and confirmed it plans to move its listing to the London Main Market from AIM come October.
