Maintel Holdings PLC - London-based communications services for the UK public and private sectors - Names Stephen Beynon as non-executive chair, with immediate effect. Beynon was most recently co-president of French satellite company Eutelstat Communications SA’s Connectivity business and was chief executive officer of its low earth orbit satellite subsidiary OneWeb. He was also formerly managing director of the business-to-business division of Virgin Media in the UK, as well as at Australian telecommunications firm Optus.
