Wellnex Life Ltd - Melbourne-based consumer healthcare company - Joint Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director George Karafotias resigns. Steps down immediately as a director, but will stay on at the company for his three-month notice period ‘to provide appropriate handovers’ and ‘ensure a smooth transition’. Fellow joint CEO Zack Bozinovski will remain as sole CEO. Wellnex says it has agreed to repay Karafotias the full principal amount of a $705,000 loan he had provided, plus accrued interest, within 90 days of his resignation.
