Vault Ventures PLC - technology development company focused on blockchain, AI, and augmented reality - Completes the acquisition of Kingbridge Capital Ltd, first announced in July. Total consideration is £750,000 to be settled through the issue of new shares at a price of 0.0225 pence each.
