Crystal Amber Fund Ltd - activist fund investing in small and mid-cap UK equities - Crystal Amber Asset Management (Guernsey) Ltd, the company’s investment manager, sells 1.4 million shares at 147.5 pence, worth £2.1 million, on Wednesday last week. The investment manager still holds 2.7 million shares in the fund, a 4.2% stake.

Migo Opportunities Trust PLC - invests in closed-end investment funds traded on the London Stock Exchange, aiming to outperform the three-month sterling overnight interbank average rate plus 2% over the long-term - Co-Investment Manager Tom Treanor, together with Eve Treanor, buys 67,549 shares at 373.68p to 375p, worth £252,903, on Monday last week.

Frontier Developments PLC - Cambridge, England-based developer and publisher of video games - President & Founder David Braben sells 28,400 shares at 361p, worth £102,524, on Friday as part of Frontier’s share buyback programme.

Mid Wynd International Investment Trust PLC - aims for total returns from growth stocks globally - Director Alan Scott sells 10,000 shares at £7.61, worth £76,136, on Monday last week.

Artemis UK Future Leaders PLC - fund aiming for long-term total return investments in small to medium-sized UK listed companies - William Tamworth, the company’s fund manager, buys 15,000 shares at £3.86, worth £57,936, on Tuesday last week. Tamworth now has 300,000 shares held directly and 375,000 shares held indirectly.
