DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Tesco divisional CEOs sell £1.7 million in shares

Tesco PLC - Welwyn Garden City-based supermarket chain - Matt Simister, chief executive officer for Central Europe, sells 242,439 shares at £4.01, worth £971,937. Andrew Yaxley, CEO of Booker, sells 171,551 shares at £4.00, worth £686,547. Both on Thursday last week.

Volex PLC - Hampshire, England-based maker of power and data transmission products - Sharon Molloy, wife of Chief Operating Officer John Molloy sells 304,561 shares at 378.49p, worth £1.2 million, on Wednesday and Thursday last week. COO Molloy continues to hold 2.1 million shares, a 1.1% stake.

Secure Trust Bank PLC - Solihull, West Midlands-based lender - Chair Jim Brown buys 24,723 shares via Kiripaka Capital Ltd at £8.69, worth £214,897, on Thursday.

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd - digital infrastructure investor managed by Cordiant Capital Inc - Steven Marshall, executive chair & co-founder of Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Management, buys 177,400 shares at 95.3p, worth £169,062, on Thursday. He had bought 198,000 on on June 25. Marshall now has 13.3 million shares. Managers and directors now hold 15.8 million shares in total, a 2.1% stake.

Pinewood Technologies Group PLC - Birmingham-based provider of software to the automotive retailing sector - Chief Financial Officer Oliver Mann buys 16,562 shares at £4.58, worth £75,905, on Monday. Pinewood on Monday said it has agreed to acquire software-as-a-service business Pinewood Dealer Management System in South Africa for a total of £2.5 million.

Pantheon Infrastructure PLC - invests in global infrastructure assets with sustainability credentials, including digital infrastructure, power and utilities, transportation and logistics, and renewables - Non-Executive Director Anthony Bickerstaff buys 50,000 shares at £1.01, worth £50,354, on Tuesday.
