Pollen Street Group Ltd - London-based asset manager - Announces the proposed appointment of Lynn Fordham as chair, as well as James Gillies as a non-executive director. Fordham will succeed Robert Sharpe, who is stepping down after a nine-year tenure. Fordham is currently chair of NewRiver REIT PLC, as well as a non-executive director at NCC Group PLC and Caledonia Investments PLC. She is also a senior independent director at Domino’s Pizza Group PLC, and was previously chief executive officer of SVG Capital PLC.
Incoming Chair Fordham says: ‘The private markets are set for significant growth, and Pollen Street’s expertise, track record and focus on industry-shaping structural changes make this an exciting time to come on board. I look forward to contributing to the firm’s continued success.’
