Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Ltd - active property manager that aims to improve the sustainability performance of buildings to generate higher income and capital growth - Net asset value per share rises 4.8% to 61.6 pence as at March 31 from 58.8p a year before; total NAV is £301.4 million, up from £287.4 million. NAV total return for the financial year is 11%, compared to 1.1% a year before, reflecting the company’s ‘strongest’ annual performance since 2022. IFRS profit is £31.1 million, up sharply from £3.1 million, reflecting positive portfolio revaluation movement.
‘Although investment and occupational market activity has understandably slowed in response to the recent macro-economic and geopolitical headwinds, the yield premium offered by the real estate sector should still nonetheless support a sustainable recovery over 2025 and 2026,’ Chair Alastair Hughes says.
IFRS profit is £31.1 million, jumping from £3.1 million the year before, thanks to positive property revaluation.
Declares fourth interim dividend of 0.897 pence. This gives a total of 3.48p for the recent year, up from 3.34p.
