AB Dynamics PLC - Bradford on Avon, England-based maker of testing, simulation and measurement products for the transport industry - Together with Naemi Best, Tony Best, a special advisor to the board, sells 90,000 shares at average 1,746.9p, worth £1.6 million on Thursday and Friday. Best and associates now have an interest in 5.4 million shares, a 23.5% stake.

Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC - London-based drugmaker with operations in Jordan - Bassam Kanaan, executive vice president for corporate development & M&A, sells 40,000 shares at £21.05, worth £842,132, on Friday last week.

Mitie Group PLC - Glasgow-based engineering, security, cleaning and hygiene services provider - Non-Executive Director Christopher Rogers buys 144,000 shares at 137.0p, worth £197,280, on Friday. Rogers is set to replace Derek Mapp as chair at Mitie’s annual general meeting on July 22.

Wise PLC - London-based money transfers provider - Chief People Officer Isabel Naidoo sells 12,000 shares at £11.50, worth £137,995, on Friday. On Thursday had said it intends to transfer its primary equity listing to ‘a US stock exchange’ from London.
