Oakley Capital Investments Ltd - provides access to private equity funds managed by investment adviser Oakley Capital Ltd - Makes £5 million indirect contribution to an investment by Oakley Capital Origin Fund II in Infravadis GmbH. The Hanau, Germany-based company has been formed to pursue a buy-and-build strategy in the European market for underground infrastructure maintenance. As its first acquisition, Infravadis bought a majority stake in Frankfurt-based Abfluss Schafer Group, which provides sewage cleaning, pipe inspection and repair services. The investment by the Oakley funds is expected to be completed by the end of June.
