hVIVO PLC - London-based contract research organisation, which tests vaccines for infectious and respiratory diseases - Chief Executive Officer Yasmin Khan purchases 1.1 million shares at 8.9 pence each on Friday, worth £97,900, giving her 5.0 million shares, a 0.7% stake. Chief Financial Officer Stephen Pinkerton and spouse Dolores Pinkerton acquire 683,232 shares at 8.76p. Worth £59,851. They now have 750,596 shares.

Investec PLC and Ltd - Sandton-based financial services - Director Nishlan Samujh sells 59,302 shares at 528.54 pence each on Friday. Worth total £313,434.79. In addition, says Director Fani Titi sells 156,635 shares for 531.90p each on Friday. Worth total £833,141.57.

GSK PLC - London-based pharmaceuticals firm - James Ford, senior vice president and group general counsel, Legal and Compliance sells 77,000 shares at £14.98 each on Friday. Worth total £1.2 million.

Kingfisher PLC - London-based DIY and home improvement retailer owns the B&Q, Screwfix, Castorama and Brico Depot brands - Non-Executive Director Bill Lennie buys 50,000 shares at 277 pence each on Friday. Worth total £138,500. Lennie now holds 220,000 shares.

M&C Saatchi PLC - London-based advertising agency - Chief Executive Officer Zaid Al-Qassab buys 43,597 shares at 172 pence each on Friday. Worth total £74,986.84. Al-Qassab now owns 97,138 shares in the company, 0.08% of the issued share capital.
