Kore Potash PLC London-based owner of the Kola and DX potash projects in Republic of Congo Updates on draft non-binding financing term sheet regarding the funding for the development of its Kola project. Says it is still in negotiation with the Summit Consortium and expects to make a further announcement once discussions are completed. Adds that negotiations are expected to conclude ‘shortly’.
