Filtronic PLC on Thursday reported a new contract win to supply radar parts to defence firm Leonardo Spa.
The Yeadon, England-based maker of aerospace, defence and telecommunications products said the order was valued at £800,000.
It is expected to complete in the second-half of financial 2026, with Filtronic modules being manufactured at the company’s hybrid microelectronics operation in Sedgefield, England.
The components will be used in Leonardo’s active electronically scanned array radar system.
Filtronic shares were down 0.4% at 124.50 pence each on Thursday afternoon in London.
