Minoan Group PLC - London-based developer of hotel resort projects in Crete - Chair Christopher Egleton resigns from role, effective immediately. Minoan did not name his replacement. Director Tim Hill comments: ‘Christopher has been chair of the company for more than 25 years and I would like to thank him for his determined persistence over this period to advance the Cavo Sidero project and to secure the necessary planning approvals ready for its implementation.’

Current stock price: shares are currently suspended on AIM pending publication of audited annual accounts
