Capricorn Energy PLC - Egypt-focused oil and gas explorer - Palliser Capital (UK) Ltd buys 164,274 shares at £2.34 and £2.50, worth £392,755, on April 30. Capricorn Non-Executive Director Sachin Mistry is connected to Palliser, which had a 13% stake in Capricorn as of April 1.

Cairn Homes PLC - Dublin-based housebuilder - Chair Bernard Byrne buys 100,000 shares at €2.00, worth €200,000, on Thursday.

Mpac Group PLC - Tadcaster, North Yorkshire-based packaging and automation solutions - Chief Financial Officer William Wilkins sells 45,000 shares at 372p, worth £167,400, on Thursday. Wilkins retains 51,432 shares, a 0.2% stake.

Standard Chartered PLC - London-based, Asia-focused bank - Interim Chief Operating Officer Darrell Ryman sells 13,624 shares at £10.65, worth £145,136, on Tuesday last week.

Computacenter PLC - Hatfield, England-based technology services - Chief Executive Officer Michael Norris sells 5,702 shares at £24.74, worth £141,067, on May 1. Norris still has 1.1 million shares.
