Northern Bear PLC on Friday named Julian Davis as its new chief financial officer.
The Newcastle Upon Tyne, England-based specialist building and support services company said Davis’ appointment is effective immediately.
Davis was previously CFO at Doncaster, England-based residential developer Strata Homes Ltd.
Northern Bear Non-Executive Chair Simon Carr said: ‘On behalf of the board, I would like to welcome Julian as our new chief financial officer. He brings significant industry experience having worked with successful construction companies both in an advisory and operational capacity. I am confident that Julian will make a significant contribution to Northern Bear’s future growth.’
Shares in Northern Bear were up 0.8% to 67.03 pence in London on Friday afternoon.
